More about us

Our company was established in 1998 and operates in 2 territories.
  • Animals were born & grew old on the hunting grounds we own & manage, in their natural habitat · not bought in & turned out for the gun. Quotas are set by the practical arithmetic of custodianship: stock numbers, sex ratios & the condition of the veld. Hunting is on foot · walk & stalk, in the spirit of fair chase · never from a truck. Both high-fence & low-fence ground is hunted on varying land sizes from 800 acres to 80 000 acres. We are transparent about where you are harvesting the animals & abide by what you prefer. We do welcome bowhunters but one must be prepared to walk & stalk. As we have plentiful water & vegetation, the animals very rarely visit the blinds.
  • Of course we cater to those looking for a certain trophy size but that is not the primary focus of our hunting. We define trophies as old animals past their breeding time. The areas we hunt are sometimes extremely remote & may only see hunters once or twice a year. Due to this we never know what might step out of the mountains, making every day exciting for hunter & guide alike.
  • The wider truth of the location: the Eastern Cape. Nelson Mandela's home, nicknamed “The Friendly Province”. Truly warm & welcoming in these parts where diverse communities have lived together since the country’s birth. Crime is low in the surroundings & with only two major cities in the province, many live a slow rural life in the mountains or along the coast. Thirty minutes from the Indian Ocean, we have a range of other activities to enjoy during your trip. About this hunt

Not even sure what half the animals are on the price list? Why not just book the day fee & take each day as it comes. By doing this we can also discuss any specials due to species overpopulation on arrival. It takes the pressure off of finishing a full package & gives you more time to just enjoy the bush. Horseback safaris, deep sea fishing, shark fishing, big five safaris, golf & water sport are just a few of the extra activities offered. Territory

We currently manage about 500,000 acres located on about 20 different properties. Our lodge is centrally located within easy reach of all of these. Our location is quite unique in that we have quick access to both the bush veldt and vast open grasslands. This allows us to hunt species in their natural habitat. Indeed all of our animals are taken from naturally occurring/self propergating herds.
