Referral Terms & Conditions
The BookYourHunt Referral Program allows registered BookYourHunt users (a “BookYourHunt User”) to earn referral discounts (a “Referral Discount”) in a form of discount coupons (a “Referral Discount Coupon”) on future reservations of hunting trips by referring friends to BookYourHunt.
To participate, BookYourHunt Users must agree to these terms.
How to Earn Referral Discounts
BookYourHunt Users can earn Referral Discounts on future reservations of hunting trips through BookYourHunt if a referred friend clicks on their referral link to create a valid BookYourHunt account.
The referring BookYourHunt User will be credited with the amount described in the accompanying promotional materials. The standard Referral Discount Coupon is $100 USD (or its local currency equivalent), but may vary in some cases. Varying coupon amounts and additional terms will be shown in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials.
Users may earn a maximum of $2,000 USD Referral Discounts in total per account.
Redeeming Referral Discounts
Referral Discount Coupon will automatically appear as a coupon on the checkout page, and must be used on a reservation within two years from the date they are issued. A reservation must have a total value of at least $1,000 USD (or its local currency equivalent).
Referral Discount Coupons may not be combined with additional coupons and may not transferred or exchanged for any cash or money.
Referred Friends
Referred friends that have signed up using a valid referral link will also receive a Referral Discount Coupon toward their future reservations of hunting trips on BookYourHunt. The standard Referral Discount Coupon is $100 USD (or its local currency equivalent), but may vary in some cases. Varying coupon amounts and additional terms will be shown in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials.
A referred friend may only use one referral link. If a referred friend receives referral links from multiple BookYourHunt Users, only the corresponding BookYourHunt User of the referral link used by the referred friend will receive Referral Discount Coupon.
Termination and Change
BookYourHunt may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove Referral Discount Coupons if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive or fraudulent.
Updates to the Terms
BookYourHunt can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the BookYourHunt.com website, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
