Deposits are non-refundable. However, in the event of cancellation, the deposit may be transferred to a future hunting date, subject to availability and prior agreement with the outfitter.

Wounding

Any animal that is wounded and subsequently lost will be payable in full. Every effort will be made by the Professional Hunter and hunting team to track and recover wounded animals.
