50% refundable deposit if cancelled 90 days before the hunt.
If cancelled within 90 days of the hunt the full deposit will be forfeited.

Wounding

The PH has the final decision on whether an animal has been wounded.
Wounded animals are to be paid for in full. 15% VAT will be charged on lost animals and any trophies not exported.
