When two like minded individuals with similar ambitious ideas cross paths, it is only inevitable that something great should come from it. Combining their passions for the outdoors, people and hunting, Michael and Dempsey have formed a company that focuses not only on the hunt, but also the experience given to each client. Many years down the road we continue to proudly deliver that excellent service time and time again.
With access to some of South Africa's top hunting areas we have been able to deliver unmatched trophy quality year in and year out. If not being guided by Michael or Dempsey, we have world class guides that have been carefully selected and vetted by us to ensure that you, the client, have the best possible experience and also ensure a successful and memorable safari.
Due to our rich German hunting heritage which stems from Michael’s ties to Germany we have enjoyed a hugely eclectic group of clients from around the world. If you can name a hunting nation, the likelihood is that we have guided someone from there! Typically we attend a number of hunting trade shows from January to February every year and it's always a pleasure to meet up with old and prospective clients alike.

About this hunt

We trust everyone is doing great and looking forward to all the adventures you are hopefully planning for the 2024 season! We cant wait to get going again and look forward to seeing you all! Today we have a phenomenal offer on the cards for anyone interested in checking a big Kudu off their list whilst still hunting some of our iconic bushveld species! We will be targeting the Southern Greater Kudu found more commonly found in the Northern parts of South Africa. We have some tremendous bulls on our various concessions in excellent numbers and enjoy the challenge that comes with hunting these incredibly intelligent Grey Ghosts. One of our secret Kudu areas is actually a working cattle ranch with some of the highest Kudu numbers we have ever seen. This makes for a very interesting hunt indeed! The best time of year for this hunt would be during the Kudu Rut which generally falls between the end of March and the beginning of June. During the rut the big bulls seem to make more mistakes and you can generally count on there being a bull in the vicinity if you see Kudu cows. If that time frame doesn't work in your calendar we have figured out the best ways to target these elusive bulls as we move past the rut into the later winter months. Normal expected size on a Kudu with us is 50 inches and up. You would land at OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg where we would personally collect you and head to the hunting area. The hunt is as follows: DURATION: 6 hunting days & 7 nights. This safari requires a total of 8 days. HUNTERS: 1 x Hunter and 1 x Professional Hunter. Additional hunters and observers are welcome. TROPHIES: 5 Animals - 1 x Kudu, 1 x Zebra or Gemsbuck, 1 x Blue Wildebeest, 1 x Impala and 1 x Warthog. ADDITIONAL DAYS/ANIMALS: May be added to the package as per the price list. Cancellation

Non-refundable deposit if the hunt is cancelled within 90 days before the commencement date.
50% refund if cancelled outside of the 90 day period.
Deposit may be carried forward if hunt is rescheduled 90 days or more before the commencement of the hunt.

Wounding

Unfortunately with the amount of predators, diseases and the ease of infection, any game that is wounded, has to be paid in full according to the price list or package. But rest assured, we have some amazing trackers and great PH's that will try their utmost to find any wounded game even after you have left. Shot placement is key, if you listen to your PH, and hit them in the right spot, they won’t go far.
