About this hunt

The package includes 14 days safari with trophy fees payable upon harvest. This camp provides good Buffalo, cats & plains game and are best from July to November. Generally rains are from December to March but being a semi coastal region one can expect light showers throughout the winter months (June-August). Typical day: Wake up before light to enjoy tea or coffee, a light breakfast and leave at first light. You will be hunting directly after leaving the camp and most hunting is conducted either by spot and stalk or walk and stalk depending on the species. Usually a packed lunch will be served and you will return to the camp in the evening. Typical shot distances can range from 50-200m, rarely ever more than this. Please contact about the availability!

Territory

The concession areas lie in the Sofala province of the Mozambique district. The area consists mainly of savannah field, forest areas and some swamp hunting depending on the amount of rain during the season. The main river in the area is the Zambezi River that runs for 2700 km through Africa with its source in the western highlands of Zambia . Hunting starts from June to the end of October. Hunting is always done on foot, and the trophies will be retrieved by car. We have access to other concession areas in the same province which can also be hunted.
