Our company was established in 2015 and operates in 2 territories.
- When two like minded individuals with similar ambitious ideas cross paths, it is only inevitable that something great should come from it. Combining their passions for the outdoors, people and hunting, Michael and Dempsey have formed a company that focuses not only on the hunt, but also the experience given to each client. Many years down the road we continue to proudly deliver that excellent service time and time again.
- With access to some of South Africa's top hunting areas we have been able to deliver unmatched trophy quality year in and year out. If not being guided by Michael or Dempsey, we have world class guides that have been carefully selected and vetted by us to ensure that you, the client, have the best possible experience and also ensure a successful and memorable safari.
- Due to our rich German hunting heritage which stems from Michael’s ties to Germany we have enjoyed a hugely eclectic group of clients from around the world. If you can name a hunting nation, the likelihood is that we have guided someone from there! Typically we attend a number of hunting trade shows from January to February every year and it's always a pleasure to meet up with old and prospective clients alike.

About this hunt
Good day BYH community, We trust you are all doing great and looking forward to all the upcoming adventures you hopefully have planned for the 2025 season! We have finished with our 2024 season and already cant wait to get going again and to see you all in 2024! Today we have a great offer on the cards for anyone that is truly passionate about a big Nyala Bull as their primary focus on the safari (whilst still hunting some of our iconic bushveld species!). We have some tremendous bulls on our various concessions in excellent numbers and enjoy the challenge that comes with hunting these incredibly intelligent Spiral horned antelope. You are always welcome to add extra species if you wish as you never know what the bush may offer you! Your airport of arrival would be OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg. We will collect you personally from there and head off to the hunting grounds. We of course have no size limits, we just always try to get the best combination of age and size so as to ensure sustainable hunting for years to come!

We offer the passionate hunter a true African experience! The multiple camps and lodges we have on our exclusive concessions vary from luxury tented camps to beautiful 5 star lodges. Depending on your needs, our accommodations are able to meet all requirements. From those wanting a more rustic bush experience to those that prefer a few more creature comforts during their trip - we have it all. All members of the family will be able to relax and unwind in our exclusive areas and you can rest assured when deciding to bring your spouse along that she will be more than pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. After a hard day's hunting at any of our lodges, guests can always look forward to a traditional South African campfire whilst exchanging stories under the African nights skies.

- Trophy fees not included in the package
- Flight to and from Johannesburg International Airport and any national flights from one concession to the next.
- Hotel accommodation before and after the hunt – if desired.
- Hardtack (whiskey, brandy etc)
- Night hunting. An additional $80 per hunter per night
- Firearms and ammunition. (Rifle Hire @ $45/Day)
- Taxidermy, packing, insurance, transport.

- Unfortunately with the amount of predators, diseases and the ease of infection, any game that is wounded has to be paid in full according to the price list or package. But rest assured, we have some amazing trackers and great PH's that will try their utmost to find any wounded game even after you have left!

Excellent hunting experience
Unbelievably and unforgettably
Absolutely professional Michael’s team. His own PH level is off the scale. Trophies are just unreal. If you are looking for a real Africa and a real honest hunting, then you are here The movement of a herd of buffaloes somewhere nearby in the bush, an eye-to-eye look at a distance of less than 20 meters, PH luring the buffalo even closer and an arrow flying to an incredible trophy… This is something I’ll never forget. Thank you guys, thank you Michael, thank you Africa!
Time has passed too quickly
Best outfitter I've used. 8 safaris in total, of which 2 with Bayly Sippel, next will be with them too.
Instantly understand their client's needs and preferences and taylor the safari accordingly. Enthusiastic, excellent tracking, lodging, skinning, easy-going and hard-working. I highly recommend.
