Youth Only Hunt. (under the age of 16) Firearms are allowed. Under the age of 12 no license is required. You will arrive 10/8/21 after 3pm. Enjoy 2 days of hunting hardwood bottoms and edges of crop fields. On 10/11/21 you will depart by 9am or the evening of the 13th. Food and Lodging are included. Bow Hunting Rifle Hunting

This hunt is 2 days and 3 nights including lodging,meals and Guide. This overlaps the second hunt of the season conducted on our properties. You will have the opportunity to hunt two days with a modern muzzleloader from previously unhunted stands. Hunters will hunt scouted areas throughout our properties that are producing the most recent mature buck sign that include up to date trail camera photos. Hunted areas include fresh harvested soy bean fields, hidden food plots and white oak bottoms. Hunters can expect to hunt from comfortable ladder stands, lock-on stands and/or shooting houses. For this hunt, you'll be allowed to harvest a 4 1/2 year old or older buck with minimum body weight of 190 lbs or bucks will have a minimum 5-inch mass measurement at the H1 measurement, antler base, and a doe. This method ensures our bucks have the opportunity to reach maturity. Please inquire on available date before booking!

Everyone feels mid November is the "best" time to hunt - THIS IS PROBABLY WRONG OR AT LEAST INCOMPLETE. The reality is the BEST time to hunt is when you can get away with buddies. The other reality is if you are worth 5+ million, and can make sure nobody else hunts the property before you, mid-November could be the best time to hunt. Beat out the October/November hunters for $800 for 5 days/nights per hunter. Hunt over 12+ food plots and 5 auto corn feeders. 125" minimum trophy rule. We do not mix strangers. Treestands are set on most food plots. Free use of basic cabin, with no running water, but has an outhouse. Has bunkbed, pullout couch, gas lights, gas heat, gas cookstove, etc. Basic camp stuff will be there. No does to be shot during trophy hunt. There is a deer cart at the cabin in case you do not have a 4-wheeler or side-by-side. Upon booking, you'll be sent a map of all trails, locations to each food plot, what is in each food plot, where feeders and stands are, etc. You may bring a 4-wheeler to pull your deer out to where we field dress deer. 4 elevated box blinds set, tree stands scattered and setup for you, but feel free to bring one of your own just in case. We do not walk you to your stands or cook food for you.

When this dream began, it was centered around those two things. As the owner, I wanted to provide a hunt that was top of the line . More importantly, I wanted to be sure whether or not you take home the trophy of a lifetime, is of little significance, as opposed to the memories and Friendships you’ll take with you, when you leave. At TCO, we’ve raised the bar and are second to none when it comes to providing the most elite hunting experience, in the industry. All prices include meals, lodging, your hunt and a guide. Guides will transport you to and from the field. Our maximum booking capacity, per week, is 10 clients. No exceptions! Our whitetail hunts are semi guided, fully guided is available upon request, at an additional charge. We require 50% to book the hunt, and to secure your spot. The other 50% can be paid as late as 30 days before arrival. All hunts begin on Saturday, checking in on Friday. The hunts are 4 day/ 5 night hunts, with a couple exceptions for 2 days seasons. The option to add days is available, upon request. These prices are firm, there will not be any markdowns, at any time; for instance, if the spots aren’t filled there will be no special pricing. The hunt dates reflect checking in 1 day prior to when your hunt begins, and checking out the morning after your hunt ends.

We roughly manage around 2,800 acres of Western Kentucky finest Deer Hunting ground and are growing and expanding that by the minute. Our management ways on our properties include food plots, farmland practices and mineral sites to help manage our deer herd to the best of our ability. We have a small lodge atmosphere. We are capable to host 6 hunters comfortably at a time. This allows us to offer a more personal and more relaxed environment and also a more quality hunt to our hunters when they are here. If you are wanting to hunt with a Rifle, Muzzleloader, Crossbow or Compound Bow we offer all those options! We have all kinds of different hunting options available for our hunters. We offer ground blind set ups, ladder stand set ups, lock on stands and also shooting houses. We are in this to accommodate you. Our job in the off season is to take care of our land and spend countless hours preparing to make your hunt with us as successful as possible. A nonrefundable deposit of half the payment must be paid within 5 days of booking to reserve your spot. The rest of the payment must be paid upon arrival.

Year-round deer management property. 100% wooded except for the 12-14 food plots 1/4 acre to 3 acres in size. Most of the food plots have stands or a tower box blind on them. Corn is included in the price. Free use of cabin or stay in a $60 per night motel. We have gas lights, gas heat, gas cookstove, but no water. Bunk beds, pullout coach, tables, etc. Flat screen/DVD player if you bring a quiet generator. 125 inch minimum buck rule in effect. No does to be shot during this hunt. We don't allow does because when you have plenty of does teasing you and can't resist from whacking one, well, that disturbs the land and lessons your chances of shooting a trophy buck. And you won't come back if you don't shoot a trophy buck or at least see one. Upon booking, you'll be sent a map of all trails, locations to each food plots, whats in each food plot, where feeders and stands are, etc. You may bring a 4-wheeler to pull your deer out to where we field dress deer, but there is a deer cart at the cabin to use. You can hunt as a single, but you must pay for the cost of 2 hunters - the pricing is still competitive.
