About this hunt
Between 1st September and 31st of January each year we can customise your hunt, offering from a day's rough shooting to a fully driven day, made up of pheasant, partridge, woodcock and duck, and we also offer wild duck flighting.
For those who enjoy working with dogs and a more active day in the field we offer accompanied rough walked up days with a bag of 40 birds and a maximum of four hunters.
On the day of the shoot guests are welcomed by the host. Coffee, tea and hot morning rolls are served. Followed by a traditional “elevenses” break consisting of freshly homemade sausage rolls, sandwiches and savoury pastries. Along with our own recipe Bullshot, to warm the cockles! Round the day off with light refreshments back at the Lodge. A sit down two course lunch can be arranged and catered for by our chef at an additional cost.
