Deposits are non-refundable.
If the hunt is cancelled 60 days before the start date, the deposit can be credited toward a future hunt within the next year.
Cancellations made less than 60 days before the start date result in total loss of the deposit.

Wounding

Wounded animals that are not recovered are considered harvested and must be paid in full (100% of the trophy fee).
Our professional guides will make every reasonable effort to recover any wounded animal.
