Cancellation

2.500€ deposit is required to secure the booking.
The deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a future hunt within 12 months if cancellation is made at least 90 days prior to the start of the hunt.
Cancellations made less than 90 days before the hunt will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
In case of force majeure (travel restrictions, serious illness, etc.), we will work with the hunter to reschedule the hunt to another available date.
Final payment is due upon arrival before the hunt begins.

Wounding

Any animal that is hit and wounded and cannot be recovered despite a reasonable search will be considered taken and the hunt will be closed for that species.
Our guides will make every effort to track and recover a wounded animal, including the use of tracking dogs if necessary.
The trophy fee for the wounded animal will apply in full.
In case the hunter wounds an animal but chooses to continue hunting for another, an additional trophy fee will be charged.
