About this hunt
An exclusive opening has just been released for a very small, private party of up to two hunters during one of the very best weeks of the red stag season in Patagonia:
March 31 to April 6, 2026, right in the peak of the rut.
This is a rare opportunity within high season, designed for hunters seeking true fair-chase, strong trophies, and a personalized program in one of the most impressive landscapes in the world.
This is not a staged hunt. There are no fences and no prepared animals. Every trophy is earned through skill, patience, and reading the land in a wild environment where Patagonia shows its purest character.
Why This Hunt Is Special

✅ 100% Free-Range / Fair Chase – Open country, no shortcuts, no enclosures.
✅ Top-Level Genetics – Patagonia produces some of the finest red stags in the world.
✅ Challenging, Varied Terrain – Native forests, open valleys, and rolling Patagonian hills.
✅ Professional Local Guides – Specialists in tracking, stalking, and hunting strategy.
✅ Exclusive Lodge Experience – Comfort and regional cuisine after each hunting day.
✅ Limited Availability – One private opening for this specific high-season week only.

Success rate
Success Rate & Physical Condition
Our free-range red stag hunt requires a good level of physical fitness, as it involves walking, climbing, and descending mountainous terrain. Hunters in good shape, during peak season, achieve a 90% success rate.
However, limited mobility significantly impacts the hunt. If a hunter cannot walk long distances and must remain in a stationary position, the success rate drops to approximately 65%, as opportunities become more restricted.
Being physically prepared will greatly enhance your chances of securing a trophy in this challenging yet rewarding hunt.
