The Hunt:
Approximately three hours north of Edmonton, you’ll find Stone Horse Outfitters Bear Camp with some of the best black bear hunting that Alberta's boreal forest and the province has to offer.
Our 7500sq kilometers hunting area has produced some of the best quality and quantity bears you will find in Alberta. You can expect to see over 25 bears a week during your 6 day hunt. With proper management and low hunting pressure our bears can reach 7ft and weigh upwards of 400lbs.

Typically a non-cancellation policy in effect .The initial deposit is non refundable. If hunt is cancelled by outfitter a refund will be granted. We strongly recommend travel insurance for last minute cancelations due to unforeseen circumstances.Wounding
As we don’t encourage unethical shots, drawing blood/wounding an animal may be considered a dead animal and fulfill your hunt. However, we have never had this occur, we will make all efforts to locate your animal.Payment
