Arkansas Black Bear Hunt – Zone 2 (Archery Season, Private or Public Land)
Step into the early-season woods of Arkansas’ Zone 2 for a thrilling black bear archery hunt. With cool mornings, changing leaves, and bears actively feeding before winter, this is one of the most exciting times to be in the mountains. Zone 2 has no harvest quota, giving archery hunters the full season window with no closures.

Statewide Bag Limit: One bear (either sex) per year
🏹 Hunt Options:
Private Land Hunts: Legal bait sites maintained prior to season. Tree stand and ground blind setups available.
Public Land Hunts: No baiting allowed. Spot-and-stalk or hunt active oak flats and berry ridges—fair-chase only.
