Each site features a unique blend of terrain and vegetation, from open fields to wooded draws, ideal environments for deer and turkey movement. We practice careful wildlife management to prevent overhunting, ensuring both sustainability and the best possible opportunities for every hunter who visits.

Our hunts are built for groups of 2 - 3 hunters, with pricing set per hunter to ensure fair, high-value access. No crowds. No compromises. Each package includes three days of exclusive access—unless otherwise noted—with private land, premium lodging, and detailed terrain and blind maps tailored for every hunter. This is low-volume, high-impact hunting—crafted for those who value space, strategy, and a shot that’s truly their own.

Where you will stay
Spacious Basement Retreat
Enjoy private access to our 1100 sq ft basement, designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. You'll have easy walk-out access to kickstart your hunting adventures at your preferred time.
Choose from up to two cozy bedrooms to relax and recharge after a full day in the field. For larger groups, we also offer two fold-out beds and two comfortable couches, allowing us to sleep up to six guests. Our accommodations are designed with rest in mind, so you wake up refreshed and ready for another great day of hunting.
Freshen up in our well-appointed bathroom, complete with a shower and tub. You'll also have access to a private kitchenette, perfect for preparing meals and snacks to keep your energy up.
While we don't currently provide in-house meals at this time, you're welcome to bring your own food or place orders through nearby grocery stores like Hy-Vee and Walmart for delivery or pickup. We’re happy to coordinate timing to ensure you have what you need to stay fueled and focused for a successful hunt.
