Owned and operated by Gabe and family out of Dillingham Alaska. Gabe has spent the last 14 years hunting trapping and guiding in western Alaska. As a year round pilot and guide he knows the lay of the land as good as anyone. And as an avid hunter and trapper spends the time on the ground to know where and when the ideal hunting grounds are.About this hunt
The spring bear hunt in Unit 17 is one of the most exciting and spectacular hunts in the State. You will ride on snowmobile through pristine mountains and frozen lakes, while getting the opportunity at massive coastal Brown Bears as they break out of their winter dens. This hunt is truly a spot and stalk hunters dream. With limitless visibly in the spring due to no vegetation, hunters are exposed to thousands of square miles of the best glassing anywhere. Weather you have never seen snow, or you grew up in the North this hunt offers every hunter incredible odds and an exciting hunt for huge Alaska Coastal Brown Bears. Trophy Bears in this area average from 8 1/2' to 9 1/2' square
