Cancellation
- With adequate notice, deposits can be credited to a future safari date. Our policy is:
- 3 month notice full deposit credited to a future safari date,
- 2 month notice 2/3 deposit credited to a future safari date,
- 1 month notice 1/3 deposit credited to a future safari date,
- Less than 1 month notice, no credit given to a future safari date.
Wounding
We will make every effort to locate and retrieve any wounded or lost trophy. Lost and wounded trophies where not recovered will be charged at 90% of the applicable trophy fee. However this fee will be reduced to 50% if the client harvests another comparable trophy at full fee.Payment
