WRO is your premier Big Game hunting outfitter in North West Wyoming. Located in Meeteetse, just south of Cody, Wyoming. We operate with special use permits to operate on 200,000 acres of state and BLM land as well as private land. Our professional Wyoming hunting guides pride themselves on hunts where the focus on the quality of game not quantity. Hunt trophy mule deer in North Western Wyoming! Wood River Big Game Outfitters offers 5 day mule deer hunts that utilize both private property and public land.
We hunt both Mule deer and Whitetail on our properties. These hunts are all spot and stalk hunts that will utilize a vehicle to move around the property to find game.
Our hunters will be put up in Meeteetse at the local motel and picked up each morning by their personal guide where lunch will be provided.
Our hunters should expect long days glassing up trophy quality mule deer before finding the buck of a lifetime. Our whitetail hunts are a fun exciting hunt all spot and stalk and an exceptional number of trophy bucks each day.

Located in Meeteetse, Wyoming, The Meeteetse Inn is a family owned and operated hotel with 14 units. The Meeteetse Inn offers standard rooms, studio suites, and luxury suites with balconies facing the Absaroka Mountains.
Amenities include microwave, coffee maker, mini refrigerator, free WiFi and satellite TV. We will pick hunters up from the hotel every morning. Type of hunt will determine the time.
