The Hunter & The Chef

The Hunter & The Chef is a unique catering experience born from the landscape of the Wild Atlantic Way. We forage, catch and cook the finest wild produce found within the waters, fields & forests of Kerry. We are two friends and proclaimed hunter gatherers Joe O'Dwyer (The Chef) & Sion Brain (The Hunter) who met while honing their craft in the catering industry across Ireland for over 15 years, realising that we shared a vision to get back to the wild as a way to create unique dining experiences that bring the very best of the Kerry landscape and its natural produce directly to the contemporary plate.
