We are dutch hunters who hunted now 14 times in South Africa. One of the last hunts was with Sampie Potgieter. I found him to be one of the most skilled professional hunters i met, and next to it, a very nice human being, friendly and taking care of all our needs. With Sampie as PH I was dealing with a practical and calm man, who has an eye for personal wishes and convictions. Sampie is truly serving and has little ego to get in the way. We laughed a lot, enjoyed great hunting and I experienced the personal approach as a big plus of the trip.
