About this hunt

The Alaskan moose is truly the largest of all moose species. You and your 50lbs of gear will be met and picked up at the local airport. We will then proceed either out to camp or get you to your hotel. Weather determines if we can get you to camp safely. We will be hunting west of Denali National Park/Preserve. The moose are moving from thier winter to summer range looking for cows to breed with. You and your guide wil glass, spot and stalk till you are in the comfort zone for you and your weapon to shoot. All our gear, tents, cots, cooking stoves are up to date and tested to withstand the weather conditions. Three meals a day plus snacks. Two meals are cooked, breakfast and dinner. Lunches are sandwiches and energy bars. The area we hunt has the genetics for world class trophies, and the opportunities are high to harvest an animal in the 60" plus and higher range. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DAYS QUOTED ABOVE ARE THE NUMBER OF FULL DAYS YOU WILL SPEND HUNTING. A TRIP LISTED AS 5 DAYS WILL ACTUALLY BE 7 DAYS WITH 1 DAY TO FLY IN AND 1 DAY TO FLY OUT, 10 DAYS IS 12 DAYS AND 12 DAYS IS A 14 DAY TRIP 5% Sales Tax Will Be Calculated And Added In Your Final Bill

Pete is just a really down to earth guy who quickly worked out what our capabilities were and adjusted our days accordingly. He is loads of fun and we shared lots of laughs. We got serious when we needed to and got excellent trophies.

Alaskan Brown Bear

10.0 of 10

Good area and great Outfitter who is very friendly and helpful. Pete was more than willing to guide a Bowhunter when many Outfitters are not especially for Big Bears.

Hunt was too short as I killed my Bear on the 4th day. I should have bought Black Bear tags and was told I should but I did not as I wanted to focus on Brown Bears.
