Since then, they’ve formed a wild, free-ranging herd renowned for its unmatched trophy quality and population density. Reindeer boast the largest antler-to-body size ratio of any species, and the Pribilofs are home to some of the largest-racked specimens in existence. Necessary and Sustainable: A controlled quota ensures the herd remains healthy and prevents overpopulation, preserving the islands' ecosystem.
