- There will be no refunds on deposits paid if a client cancels.
- If the outfitter cancels, the full deposit already paid will be refunded.
- Hunts may be postponed to a later date in the same calendar year at no charge, provided dates are available.
- Hunts may be postponed to the following calendar year with a $1,000 administration fee.
