Cancellation
- If the hunting safari is cancelled, cancellation fees will be due and payable according to the following:
- • More than 6 months prior to arrival, 90% of the deposit is refunded.
- • 6 months to 3 months prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit is refunded.
- • 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival, 25% of the deposit is refunded.
- • Less than 1 month prior to arrival, no refund.
- Hunts can be rescheduled to within a period of 2 years after the initial commencement of the hunt at no extra fee or forfeit of deposit. New price list rates may apply.

All animals wounded and not recovered must be paid in full as per the price list rate. All efforts will be made to successfully recover any animal hunted.Payment
