Cancellation
- All reservation deposits are non-refundable.
- Changes in reservations, for any reason, shall be notified by hunters 60 days in advance, and will be rescheduled, subject to room availability, either within the same season or else during the following one. The package contracted shall be paid in full, regardless of any motive, in the case of hunters’ late arrival or early departure.
- Packages contracted shall be paid in full, regardless of whether clients hunt all the trophies or not, except when the guide decides otherwise for not having spotted trophies. If a client reaches the end of his stay without making a hunt, for reasons exclusively attributable to himself (his neglect of hunting hours, or his decision to search for a larger trophy or await better weather conditions, etc.), he shall lose his deposit.
Wounding
Every animal killed without the guide’s consent shall be paid in full. Blood trails shall be considered hunted animal, therefore payable. The animal will be searched for thoroughly even after the hunter departs and, if found, shipped to the specified location.The third shot fired shall be considered hunted animal, therefore payable.Payment
