Great Gator Hunt
Very Professional. Took time to discuss and go over the equipment and explained the process so you knew what to expect before going out on the water. The equipment was organized and all worked well. Last thing you want on a hunt is some battery not charged or something not put back where it was supposed to be. Explained that he would try and get you the size of gator you wanted. You have to understand you are going out into nature and you may end up getting something smaller or bigger than what you want. The lodge was great, roomy, open and the bedroom had its own bathroom. I loved all the animals that decorated the lodge, exactly what you would expect a place like that to look like. The accommodations were very nice and clean. Very open and friendly on the drive to where we went. They have a nice cooler to store the game and big enough for everything they needed to store. Took pictures after the hunt and the next morning. They cleaned up the game in the morning for the pictures. They had specific photos they normally took and then asked if there were any specific photos that I wanted them to take. They also took the game to the processor for you if you wanted. In my situation they were even willing to pick up the meat later on and if a family member was traveling near where I lived would meet me near where they were going. I thought that was great, I said No but probably should have since it’s a 3+ hour drive for me to get the meat 😊. They were extremely nice and open, great hunt and more importantly it was a successful hunt. I would recommend them and if family or friends go in the future, I plan on paying to tag along.
Not much to not like so I'll say Improvements, hmmm. I would say that there was a little confusion about a tag holder going along. Since I had my tag that might have meant they were willing to utilize another tag from someone else. If that's the case then I would suggest discussing that with the customer and maybe taking $100 off the final price since the customer paid for a tag and didn't use one provided by the lodge.

We will be back
Jim and his staff were so kind and accommodating. The lodge was very clean. The food was delicious. He was very attentive to our needs especially with me being 14 weeks pregnant. If we draw a gator tag we will back and Ill be getting with him about booking a turkey hunt next year. Jim is very knowledgeable and educated us on a lot of information we didn't know. We are able to take back home and apply to our property and be better hunters.
Personal Attention
Jim made it top priority for my wife and I to get our target animals. Everyone was friendly and helpful including other guests. Felt like visiting family. Highly recommended.
Nothing. All expectations met or exceeded.
My First Turkey
the moto is real: come as a customer leave as a friend, we went out there with friends and we had a great experience. Hunting Turkey was a great experience and Jim was an awesome guide and host
I m sad that i only stayed few days i should have booked a longer trip!
If there were rating higher than excellent Jim would get it. Very professional and personal. Every stand placement is carefully thought out and Buddy is the best
The staff were as attentive to the hunters as was Jim. They as professional as their leader and you could not want for anything. We will be going back again for sure.

Great time
The owner and workers were very knowledgeable and had plenty of chances to get deer. They provided anything we didn't happen to have to make us successful in the hunt.

Excellent place for making family memories!
We were treated like family and the staff went beyond our expectations to make us feel at home. We booked this hunt to put meat in the freezer, but I look forward to bringing my children back to learn to hunt with Jim and his staff and enjoy more of their wonderful hospitality.

Best Hog Hunt Ever!
Owner Jim Boone took me out hog hunting one night and hogs were all around us! It was one of the best hunts I had ever been on and was very intense and extremely fun! This wasn't a hunt sitting in a stand under a feeder, we hiked in and set up in the challenging dark of the night. I can't wait to go back and do it again! My friend Brenda got a deer on the trip and we were only there for 2 days. Lots of game animals and a well managed organization. We appreciated the staff and the guides were knowledgeable and very professional.
Weather wasn't the greatest but a guide can't control that.
Loved everything about this hunt and can not wait to go again! Outstanding from the cleaning and cooking staff to the guides and owners.
I loved everything. They spent every second of time they could making this the best hunt ever. They had awesome weapons for us to use. They made everything easy. I am a disabled vet and they helped get me into my stand and out. I have no idea when they sleep as they left everything on the table making their guest feel welcome and cared for.
That I could not give more to them for all of the extras that they did for us.

Excellent outfitter
Jim's attention to detail, his high quality staff and well managed property make for an excellent guide service. Many guests are repeat clients which speaks volumes for their consistency over the years. I'm booking again for next year!
All good.
Amazing Memories from my first trip
I'm a novice hunter but was made to feel very welcome and given the right opportunity and all the advise to bag my first deer. Over the 4 days, I was able to get my first deer, a buck, as well as two does. The whole team at the lodge is very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. The stands cover all of the possible options you could want and a lot of planning going into the possible stands to hunt for every outing. Novice and very experienced hunters sharing a fantastic time together.

The entire trip and experience were outstanding. Jim, Jamie and Trey were the perfect host and guides. Everything was well planned and orchestrated to perfection. The accommodations were great and the food was excellent.
After lots of thought, I couldn't think of anything I didn't like.

Top notch, professional and personable operation
Helpful, engaged staff (and clientele) -- you can tell folks like to come here, year after year. Quality folk and a well-run operation.
Lifetime Memories Made
I took my 13 year old son on his first big game hunt. The 3 nights we spent together in the woods will provide memories for a lifetime. The 186 lb. hog he took will feed our family for some time to come.

Hospitality, Food, Accommodation
Scarcity of Game, Claimed average of 1 shot per hunter per night for feral hogs ended up in reality at 1 shot for two hunters for two nights. Equipment/Gear. Use of Night Vision as opposed to Thermal Scopes. We were able to hear the hogs around the feeders but with only Night Vision we were able to spot them only when they would come right under the feeders...
Professional and committed outfitter in a great atmosphere.
Excellent properties expertly managed by Jim and Jamie. Always a warm welcome - family style. Committed guiding based on years of experience and careful research - if you do your work and come fit and prepared, Jim will do his part and work all day and night to put you on game. I've three trips here under my belt and will no doubt be back again later this year.
Excellent hunting experience
