- Deposits are non-refundable.
- If the hunt is cancelled 60 days before the start date, the deposit can be credited toward a future hunt within the next year.
- Cancellations made less than 60 days before the start date result in total loss of the deposit.
Wounding
- Wounded animals that are not recovered are considered harvested and must be paid in full (100% of the trophy fee).
- Our professional guides will make every reasonable effort to recover any wounded animal.
