About this hunt
THE GEM OF THE BLACK SEA Indigenous to Northeastern Turkey, the Anatolian Chamois is significantly heavier and larger than its European cousins. Standing 80 cm tall with a weight up to 50 kg, it offers a premier alpine hunting experience.
The Hunt: This is an active "Spot and Stalk" hunt in the breathtaking rocky terrain of the Kaçkar Mountains. Hunts take place between 2,000 and 3,000 meters altitude and are best suited for hunters who enjoy dynamic mountain terrain and outdoor adventure, with a pace adapted to the hunter.

This territory covers our premier high-altitude concessions in Northeastern and Eastern Turkey, specifically focusing on the legendary Kaçkar Mountains and the rugged limestone ranges of the East.
The landscape is a breathtaking alpine wilderness defined by sheer cliffs, deep rocky gorges, and steep slopes ranging from 1,500m to over 3,000m. This is the exclusive, indigenous habitat of the "King of the Mountains"—the Anatolian Bezoar Ibex—and the elusive Anatolian Chamois.
This is a true, free-range mountain expedition. Unlike the forest hunts, this terrain is open and rocky, offering a classic "spot and stalk" experience. While we use 4x4 vehicles to access the high camps, the hunt itself is a rewarding physical challenge that takes you into some of the most scenic and untouched environments in Turkey.

Our professional team, led by Erol AK, will personally meet you upon your arrival at Trabzon Airport (TZX) or Erzurum Airport (ERZ), depending on the specific hunting area. We will meet you at the customs desk to assist you with all rifle declarations and paperwork.
All ground transportation from the airport to the hotel (and all travel in the hunting area) is included in our packages. You will be transported in comfortable 4x4 vehicles suitable for mountain terrain.
Your only job is to book your flight; we handle the rest from the moment you land.
