Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival
Arrive at Chapelco Airport (San Martín de los Andes).
Private transfer to the cabin included.
Welcome dinner at the cabin.
Orientation and briefing about the upcoming hunts.
Days 2–6: Red Stag Hunting
Daily guided Red Stag hunts on horseback.
Explore remote backcountry terrain with an experienced hunting guide.
Full board: breakfast, lunch, and dinner served at the cabin.
Drinks included (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).
Opportunities to disconnect completely, with internet only available for emergencies.
Day 7: Departure
Private transfer back to Chapelco Airport for departure.

Territory
The Quillén Backcountry Camp provides direct access to one of the most remote hunting territories in Northern Patagonia, Argentina. Located within historic Estancia Quillén, this exclusive wilderness area features native forests, mountain valleys, rivers, rocky ridges, and open hillsides between 600 and 1,300 meters (2,000–4,300 ft) above sea level.
Staying directly within the hunting territory allows hunters to maximize their time in the field during the peak of the Red Stag rut. The area offers a true fair-chase hunting experience with very low hunting pressure, abundant wildlife, and spectacular Patagonian scenery.
The Backcountry Camp is designed for hunters seeking a deeper connection with nature, offering comfortable off-grid accommodations in the heart of the hunting area while maintaining the authentic spirit of Patagonia.

Quillen Hunting Cabin
The Quillen Hunting Cabin offers a comfortable and rustic retreat for up to 4 hunters. Featuring two bathrooms, solar-powered lighting, and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, the cabin ensures convenience in the backcountry.
Guests can enjoy meals prepared by a private chef and dine outdoors at the asador with table for alfresco lunches. Relax by the cozy fireplace after a day in the field and enjoy a wide selection of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
