About this hunt

This is a fully guided hunt for wild turkey on the Shasta-Trinity National Forest. Spring and Fall hunts available. Spring hunts are bearded birds only. Fall hunts are either-sex birds. We will be hunting out of a big ground blind. Decoys will be placed out front of blind and I will call the turkeys in. Toms, Jakes and Hens are all great eating. Toms will have big beards and full tails. Jakes will have short beards and immature tails. Nothing like seeing a Tom come strutting in spitting and gobbling. A Tom may come and kick the crap out of the decoy. Sometimes after you shoot the first bird the other Toms will start kicking the crap out of your shot turkey. It's common for multiple hunters to harvest on the same hunt. Additional fees not included in price; -tax
