Trophy Bull!

Shan and Sali run a great camp. Good accommodations and excellent food (and plenty of it). Harold and Larry were knowledgeable and talented guides. Harold spotted and tracked this "trophy Bull" for two days, sensing where it would be we headed out and eventually were able to take it down. A wonderful hunting experience in the wilderness of Newfoundland.
I can summons anything that I did not like on this hunting trip.

Best moose hunt of my life!! Got the biggest bull I ever shot

What I liked about this moose hunting experience was everything but mostly the terrain, high altitude area of Newfoundland where you can spot and glass for miles and see so much beautiful country. And also the style of hunting for my particular hunt we got in the boat early morning on the first day, drove 20 minutes down the lake to the Argo and drove over an hour up to the high country to do some calls and right away had this monster bull calling back that we successfully got 3 hours into the hunt. My dad and our 2 friends also all got each of there moose before the end of the 4th evening at northern lights adventures. There wasn’t a single day where we didn’t see a moose! Good food great guides and great people highly recommend!

Guides were awesome - funny and very hardworking
Lodge was nice, clean, food was wonderful, lodge managers top-notch

The food and lodge accommodations were good. The area scenery was beautiful. Managers Shane and Sali and guides Larry and Harold were wonderful people with great personalities. Larry, my guide, worked hard to find and locate moose. However, most were too far to pursue. Although I did not fill my tag, I had a memorable time and will remember this hunting experience with the three other hunters that were in camp.
Toilets and showers could use an upgrade.

My long time friend and I booked this hunt to celebrate 50 years of friendship. The hunt was great, we both tagged out. Our guide had the eyes of an eagle--he could see moose with a naked eye--well before we could with binos.The food was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed the evening conversation. If you're looking for a moose hunt where you'll enjoy the time hunting and the time at camp--choose Northern Lights Adventures.

I was incredibly impressed with the accommodations and the excellent guides. They made me feel right at home and were clear and upfront about every part of the experience, so I always knew what to expect each day. We saw multiple moose throughout the week, and I ended up tagging out on an absolute giant. It was the hunt of a lifetime — I’ll definitely be coming back
