Northern Element Outfitters (Kody and Darbi Pritchard) would like to take you on your black bear hunt of a lifetime! We offer a premier remote hunting opportunity for truly giant Black Bears. Our hunting area encompasses a large section of Northeastern Alberta boreal forest and lake land. Fort McMurray acts as our hub when traveling to our camp at Kearl Lake. We have been in operation for 3 years now and the quality of our hunts keeps getting better and better! With a squared hide average of 6ft 11” over the last 3 years and a 18 5/8” skull average. This puts the vast majority of our bears into the Pope and Young record books. You can find colour phase Black Bears within our area but the higher percentage will be Black. We have had clients see as many as 10-12 different bears in a evening which is not uncommon.
