Kedar Heritage Lodge

We are situated on the historic farm, Boekenhoutfontein. This hunting farm forms part of President Paul Kruger’s original country houses. The property tells the story of the South African. War or Anglo-Boer War within and outside its walls. Hunters will be encapsulated by the historical significance of the area and have the opportunity to hunt in the footsteps of the first Transvaal Republic’s president. Boekenhoutfontein farm is an essential biodiversity area and is home to one of only two Peate wetlands in the North West province. Rich in animal life, we are a main player in the conservation of the province and home to numerous protected and endangered species.
