Nestled in the challenging terrain of the Cabinet Mountains, we provide an immersive, hardcore hunting experience for those who seek more than just a guided trip. We definitely have trophy class bulls in Montana! Our Montana rifle elk hunts have a success rate of about 75% opportunity with an actual kill rate of 40%. Our success for rifle deer runs about 85%. This average is based on the ability of the client and their preferences. Some guys pass on anything less than a 6 or 7-point bull, others just plain miss! We are in a “brow tine bulls” only area. We find this to have greatly improved the quality of mature trophy class bulls. definitely in the 300″range. We have both whitetail and mule deer. The deer and the elk use the same terrain, so we are able to hunt both at the same time, with no need to go to another area. We have some very respectable bucks here in MT definitely Boone and Crocket class.

Montana Outfitter’s Lodge
While hunting for Montana elk, deer, or black bear, we welcome you to stay in our beautiful, spacious and comfortable lodge. Our lodge is located in the heart of our hunting area. This allows us to return you there for a hot, well prepared, all you can eat country style dinner, hot shower and lively conversation and a good night’s rest in a comfortable bed at the end of each day. The lodge has 9 bedrooms, a large seating/living room area, a large dining room and 4 bathrooms. The beds are comfortable and the bedding as well as towels are provided for you. We keep the place very clean. You will arrive to a clean room with a clean bed. Non-hunting guests are welcome to accompany you, for this there is a charge of $175. per day for their stay. During archery season three hot meals a day are prepared for you. In rifle season, you get a hot breakfast, and dinner; a lunch is packed for you.

Montana Rifle Elk and Deer Hunting Dates: These are full 5 day hunts. You will arrive the day before and depart the day after the dates of the hunt. Food and lodging in our beautiful lodge is also included in the price of the hunt. A deposit of $2500. is required to reserve the hunt of your choice. Montana Price per person (Two guests per guide): $5500.(One guest per guide): $5900. October 26, – October 29, 2025 November, 1- November 5, 2025 November 8, – November 12, 2025 November 15, – November 19, 2025 Spaces are limited.
