This is an incredible opportunity for up to four hunters in this new area this fall. However, I will only accommodate two at a time.
This newly opened area and adjacent land contain large Coastal Brown Bears, Black Bears, Wolves, and Silver Salmon. Due to very little hunting pressure over the last 10 years, the bear population has grown dramatically, with a large population of older and very mature bears.

Where you will hunt
Territory
This area has had very little hunting pressure for over 10 years due to its remoteness and difficulty accessing. It's surrounded by three large salmon rivers and a vast 10-mile-long beach easily accessed by ATV from the camp.
Due to the dark glacial rivers, the bears feed the heaviest on salmon as the rivers fan out at low tide on the beach, as you can see in the photos. This makes for an opportune time to hunt them, utilizing all the logs and log jams covering the beach.
The forest was clear-cut about 50 years ago and has been too dense to hunt in for about 20 years, but it has made for excellent bear habitat.
