  • We focus on the real hunters hunt, no high fences, no AATH/"Heli Hunting', just good honest hunting that provides not only a trophy but a real adventure and an experience of a life time.
  • We have access to a number of large free range private properties as well a concession to guide on public land(wilderness hunts) on both he East and Western Sides of the Southern Alps so we can tailor a hunt to suit you. ALL of our hunts are genuine free range foot hunts, the way hunting should be.
  • Quality Guides - We have the skills and knowledge to ensure you have a safe and successful mountain hunt. When we are not guiding we are hunting!
  • Good equipment- We have quality gear to ensure your stay in the mountains is as comfortable as possible, we also have a selection of top quality European rifles for you to use on your hunt if you do not wish to travel with a firearm.
  • We offer private land hunts with good comfortable accommodation right through to full back pack wilderness adventures. We can tailor the hunt around what you want.

About this hunt

Join us a true mountain hunting experience! Our wilderness chamois hunts are conducted in the most remote regions of the Southern Alps, these are a back pack style hunt with helicopter access into our hunting area. Prime time is during the winter rutting season(May/June), this is an action packed and exciting mountain hunt. Chamois during the rut are very active and require good level of fitness to be successful.
