Over the past 30 years Cordoba has earned the reputation as the place to shoot doves in the world.
In South America there are other provinces and countries with high volume doves, but there is only one Cordoba. There are several reasons why Cordoba has earned this reputation including world class shooting, great weather, easy travel logistics, beautiful landscape and very healthy competition among lodges.
Our lodges are all located near the prized roosting areas in the north of Cordoba. All of our lodges are strategically located so the drives to the field are typically 5-30 minutes maximum depending on the lodge. The birds fly year round in the north of Cordoba. In all months except April-June, the birds can be found in the low rolling hills. These are some of the most memorable hunts you can enjoy. In Argentina, April through June is harvest season and the shooting takes place in the flatlands. Here you will find incredible concentrations of birds.

Los Chanares
The 9-bedroom lodge was built knowing that many demanding clients would be attracted to the world-class shooting. The accommodations are luxurious yet still they maintain the feel of a hunting lodge. The rooms are very spacious and each has its own private bathroom. A beautiful pool and a Jacuzzi were built since clients spend more time around the lodge and less on van rides. Finally a great fire pit was placed behind the lodge where clients recount the day’s events.

The lodge was built in a very strategic position exactly between the largest roosts in the north of Cordoba: Churqui and Macha roosts. For this reason it enjoys a great variety of dove shooting as well as consistently manageable drives of approximately 30 minutes. More importantly it has the ability to pick from the best fields Cordoba has to offer.
It's main other attraction is privacy. Groups of as few as four or more you can reserve the entire lodge. There is no private room surcharge as well.The lodge has six very comfortable rooms each with a fireplace and private bathroom. Your group can also use a seventh room, which is smaller and is great for kids.
The food is prepared by a chef who trained at Los Chanares for 2 years and the Argentine wine served at the lodge is first rate. Basically our clients receive first class service and world class dove shooting, all in a very private setting. It just doesn’t get any better!
