We are an Orvis Endorsed Wingshooting Lodge destination. We strive to be the Midwest's premier hunting destination, partnering with business organizations in order to fulfill their customer appreciation and employee recognition needs. Our team aims to provide full service custom hunting and shooting events, while continually working to provide the best possible experience for every customer that visits us. With our kennels for dog training and boarding, our new lodge with bar & restaurant on site, and our various hunting and clay shooting options, we are fulfilling our goal of being a prestigious full service destination that offers outstanding recreational outdoor experiences.About this hunt
$2,039 per person for a three day rifle hunt, four nights of lodging (double occupancy) with meals and all inclusive drinks, licenses/permits are additional (gratuity not included). Our Deer Hunts are semi guided (1 on 3.) We assign blinds for your convenience and comfort. There is a $550 trophy fee for a deer over 140 gross score.
As you may be aware, these hunts are “fair chase” as there are no high fences. We scout and place blinds where we have the most traffic prior to rifle season. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee success but we do our best to get your tag(s) filled.

Where you will stay
The Lodge
We are excited to open the Orvis Endorsed Ben Schoonover Lodge. Overlooking the southern exposure of the Loess Hills, the Lodge will feature three stories with 15 rooms: 12 rooms featuring two queen beds, and three rooms featuring one king bed. Rooms measure 400 sq. feet and have private baths. Each floor of the lodge will have a lounge area, providing hunting groups privacy. A freestanding fireplace extends through all three floors, and we are excited to have a full commercial kitchen, bar, dining room, pool tables, conference rooms, balconies and outdoor seating.

Cancellation
Please note that we require a 30 day notice on cancellations and 7 day notice for reductions in number of guests. Less notice on cancellations or reductions in guests and you will be charged for the number of original reservation. Guests can be added up to the beginning of the event. In the event of a cancellation prior to 30 days notice, you may apply your deposit to another event in the future. Less than 30 days notice for cancellations result in forfeiting deposit.Wounding
