We pride ourselves on our ethical hunting practices. This means that our hunting is a fair chase, sustainable and designed to expose the hunter to the full scope of the diversity of our hunting preserve and surrounding concessions. By declaring that we are a fair chase hunting outfit, we commit ourselves to using hunting practices that pit the hunter’s skills against those of the game being hunted. We spend many hours walking and stalking, being sure never to shoot from the vehicles. This practice has resulted in our animals having very little fear of vehicle noise, thereby enhancing the tourism aspect of the game-viewing experience. Our hunting areas are fenced – as required by law in South Africa. This does not, however, make your hunt any easier, as these areas are vast and, once a spooked animal disappears in the bushveld, it’s ‘hunt on!’
