Buck Horn Outfitters is a small family owned business, we are about Quality Not Quantity! My husband and I have been outfitting all our adult lives and are always in camp with our hunters, we are also blessed with the crew we have, they have been with us for years, know the area, and are excellent Guides!

About this hunt
On this Archery hunt we can accommodate a 2 on 1 Guided Archery hunt. We base out of our place in Yellow Pine Idaho with the option to spike out. Hunters will have lodging in our guest cabin and Meals are provided at the main house. In the Morning’s we trailer horses or drive and go on foot to different trail heads where our guides have been seeing sign, the drive can be 40 minutes to a hour. Spiking out for a night or two can be a option on these hunts also, so bring your bed roll. On these hunts being in excellent physical shape can really up your odds for success! On this hunt we also put baits out for black bears if you choose to get a tag, you can also have the option to bring a rifle for Black Bear and wolf on this hunt.

Thanks-enjoyed
Outfitter Tom & Sara were nice to work with & the guides worked hard & took us all over trying to get us on bears. Meals from Sara were delicious & our cabin stay was comfortable too. I’d recommend them to anyone 😊
Although no fault of the outfitter/guides, there was an unusual amount of early Spring snow that seemed to hinder the bears coming out of hibernation.
