- Our deer hunting ranch is about hunting and a connection with the outdoors. There are many great outfitters to choose from; it’s a difficult process. I will make it simple - we do not offer all the great services others do.
- We put in the work in the off-season on the 7-12 food plots. You show up and do the work of hunting. We do not walk you to your stands or cook food for you.
- The catch is that you just get the benefits of my deer management expertise indirectly. Our property is done to the best of any standard when it comes to food plots, 5 auto corn feeders running and not allowing kids and grand-kids on the property riding side-by-side in the off-season.
- I am a school teacher by day, so responding to any questions cannot get done until after 4pm. People if there are veteran discounts, and I politely say everyone gets one since I am a veteran who keeps things reasonably priced.
- You’ll be provided a map that show trails to access all the food plots, ladders stand locations on most food plots, elevated box blinds, 5 auto feeder locations, what's in each food plot, where the ladder stands are at on food plots, cabin location, etc.
- My lodging is not high-end. It’s simple with the basics and you feel like you’re out in rugged deer hunting country.
- Quality deer and land management is key for our Bluegrass state to continue the excellent hunting culture we currently boast.
- 1 buck per hunter is state law and Kentucky's gun season in most zones is only around 14 days!

DATES ARE SUPER FLEXIBLE - THIS ADVERTISED HUNT IS FOR BOBCAT - (Coyote can be shined/called/shot at night as well, so be clever and treat it like a deer hunt.) Pricing is for 1 hunter. Can add additional hunter/guest for an additional $500. 2 DAY/2 NIGHT HUNT. You will call for an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening for bobcat. Mid-day, hunters should plan on taking a BOURBON TOUR about 45 minutes from the farm, go to the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green Kentucky, or visit Mammoth Cave (I think World's largest cave.) *Sit in an elevated box blind and call or bait them. *Bowling Green (90 miles away) has an indoor range for cheap if you need to sight in your AR or rifle before coming out. *TEST YOUR SKILLS AT CALLING IN PREDITORS, SITTING STILL, AND SHOOTING THEM WHILE BRISKLY WALKING TO INVESTIGATE A DECOY. *YOU WILL BE IN YOUR CHOICE OF ELEVATED BOX BLINDS. *Cabin is free to use, but a motel is nicer for around $80 a night 20 miles away. *TROPHY FEES: NONE NOTE: Notice my photo of DOUBLE BOBCATS in the same frame No target shooting NO 4-WHEELERS/SIDE BY SIDES / ATV'S, ETC. *For Bobcat you will call an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening. A yote is more likely to appear, of course, which you can shoot day or night. Can use a shiner/light l at night on yotes. _ I run 5 auto-corn feeders nearly year-round on 12-14 food plots so the turkey enjoy these advantages as well. $750 per hunter for 3 day/night turkey hunts $1,200 per hunter for 5 day/night bow hunts. Gun hunt package deals around $4,800. All the food plots we have for our trophy whitetail hunts are perfect for Kentucky turkey hunting!

Success rate
Coyote hunting. This will be based on pure hunting skill than luck. Deer hunting can be a lot of luck. If you don't have a coyote call, you will not see them. Bobcat hunting is skill and luck. They are elusive, but on the property. Again, you will need an electric call of some sort.

My Kentucky deer hunting property I guarantee looks better and is more manicured for quality deer management than most because I do it as a passion, and if I make money, it's a by-product. For nearly 15 years I’ve been working this property to produce the best Kentucky deer hunt for me and my friends possible. This whitetail deer hunting property has been designed as if God himself wanted to hunt this land. It’s about a 155 acre piece of deer hunting paradise tucked away off the road, behind other wooded properties. This property is manicured year-round for world-class Kentucky whitetail hunting and I leave it alone during hunting season. It's all yours to enjoy with just your private party (2-4 hunters). It is 95% wooded with the other 8+ acres scattered in small huntable kill plots throughout the Kentucky trophy deer property.

Deer Hunting Cabin
It's a small but quaint hunting cabin. It's well insulated with an overall dimension of 16X24 plus a front porch. A slider window is on the back wall so that you can over look a clover food plot should you decide to stay in the cabin for a sitting. Furnishings to Expect: pull out couch, bunk beds, chairs / table, gas cooking stove, gas heat, gas lights, basic cooking utensils & throw away plates/cups, etc. Sleeping bags, pillows. You get to use an outhouse at deer camp! It's in the sticks; no running water. $60 motel is 20 minutes away if you'd like. We are all about Kentucky whitetail hunting and keeping prices down for an affordable Kentucky trophy deer. Bring a quiet generator if you'd like to run the flat screen and DVD player. All hunts have a 2 person minimum to book, but email to make sure.

Outfitter was very responsive He was also very accommodating and flexible
Part my fault. The owner operates two properties. If I’m not mistaken, almost all photos are of one property. So I expected it being close to the same. I should have asked. . Overall I was there to hunt, had a good time and experience. Didn’t kill anything but that’s what makes hunting rewarding when you do.
As described
I like unguided hunts where me and my wife can enjoy quality property and be to ourselves. The place is managed to provide excellent habitat to wildlife. This hunt is for realistic hunters that can do for themselves and appreciate a well managed property being made available to them , if you want to be waited on and pampered find an outfitter that provides that
There was nothing we didn’t like. The outfitter was upfront and to the point and the setup was what he said it was

I was a little skeptical about this outfitter due to some initial slow follow up answer to my questions, but once we began communicating he explained why and no issues from that point on. James explained the hunt almost exactly in detail. right down to where to make the last turn up a driveway. the hunt cabin was just as shown in the pictures and as he described. it is just that a cabin ( no power or water). The cabin was free from insects and spiders, I did not see any mouse dropping anywhere and I looked to try and find them. I rode the property on my atv and the food plots and stand locations matched the map he provided exactly. The food plots were well maintained. The stands were in good shape and solid. The feeders were full. The deer were basically everywhere and within the first 3 days I quit counting at 40. Most were young or smaller bucks ( 6 pts or less). I saw one that may have met his 125" minimum size limit. This was the only deer I saw outside of 40 yards. I did not see the amount of big deer I was hoping for. I am not saying they are not there, but just that I did not see them. I am sure the neighboring property owners appreciate nutrition he is providing to the deer herd. If you are wanting a no frills DIY hunt this is a great place to go. If your wanting a 5 star lodge and massive bucks behind every tree look elsewhere. I will be rebooking this year and after sending pictures to my buddies They will be booking also.
