We are a world class duck hunting service . Each hunt is private to your party . We have lodging and or help with arranging hotel. We can pick up at airport in Memphis Little Rock and have private airports in Pocahontas and Walnut Ridge .

Generation after generation of waterfowl have migrated through the natural flyway along the Black River in Pocahontas, Arkansas. Jim and his team of guides are fortunate enough to hunt over 2000 acres in the heart of this flyway. NE Arkansas doesn’t get as much hunting pleasure as southern Arkansas but the hunting is just as good if not better. Our guests comment regularly on how much they have enjoyed hunting our amazing area. We are very easy to get to whether you are coming from across the state or from afar. The town of Pocahontas has very nice accommodations along with very nice restaurants and dinners. We will provide decoys, dogs, and transportation to the blind.

weather affects duck locations above all
the hunt was scheduled months in advance, weather prior to the hunt (dry, bitter cold, then rain and fog) affected duck migration and locations, jim tried to accomodate these conditions by rescheduling, but to no avail.
Date that my party finally hunted was late in the season, but happened to be in dense fog. five hunters killed one duck. ADVICE; don't schedule hunt far in advance if you don't have to.
