Day 1: Arrival and Welcome Your journey begins the moment you get to Arctic Lodges, in the vast, wild terrain that will be your hunting grounds. Upon arriving at the lodge, you'll be warmly welcomed by the staff, introduced to your professional guide, and settled into your comfortable cabin. After a hearty dinner, you'll meet your guide to discuss the upcoming hunt, review the week's itinerary, and ensure your gear is ready for the days ahead. Day 2-8: Moose Hunting in the Wild Over the next six days, your moose hunting adventure begins at dawn. You and your guide will navigate the serene waterways and dense forests by boat, using a combination of calling and stalking techniques. You’ll track moose through some of the most rugged and untouched areas of the lake. The remote location ensures minimal hunting pressure, providing excellent opportunities to encounter trophy bull moose in their natural habitat. Each day, you'll experience the thrill of the hunt, as you explore the stunning landscapes of northern Saskatchewan, filled with towering spruce trees, vibrant fall foliage, and the sounds of wildlife. The chance to observe moose, bears, wolves, and other wildlife in their natural environment adds to the adventure, with plenty of opportunities to take in the majestic scenery. At midday, you'll break for lunch at a scenic spot along the lake or back at camp, depending on the hunt’s progress. Your guide will also introduce you to the rich fishing opportunities Reindeer Lake has to offer, where you can try your hand at catching trophy northern pike, lake trout, or walleye while taking a break from hunting. In the evening, return to the lodge to relax in the rustic comfort of your cabin. The camaraderie of fellow hunters and the stories shared over dinner, along with exceptional meals prepared by the lodge's kitchen, will cap off each successful day. Day 9: Departure After a final breakfast at the lodge, you'll pack your gear and prepare to head back to civilization. The trip out provides a last chance to take in the breathtaking beauty of Reindeer.
