About this hunt

Up to 5 Days Guided Hunting (2 Hunters/Guide) Airport Transportation to and from Lodge (Butte Airport) 5 Nights Lodging & Meals Hunting License Bears are very active in the spring as they emerge from their winter nap and set out to replace body fat lost during hibernation. New growth grass and winter killed elk and deer are high on the menu. The spring bear hunt runs from mid April to mid June and can be hunted with either a bow or rifle. Remember your bear license must be purchased before opening day of the bear season. You will want to bring your varmint gun and plenty of ammo along on this hunt. Hunters have the choice between a spot and stalk style hunt, or we will load up the hounds and let them tell us where the bears are! We prefer using hounds so we can make sure the bears we harvest are the proper size and sex. Don't leave your hiking boots at home, these hunts have the potential to test you to your core!
