- If a booking is cancelled at the customer's request or by reason of the default or other conduct of the customer, the following will apply:
- More than 6 months before arrival: The initial 25% deposit will be credited toward a future hunt within 12 months of the original booked dates.
- Between 3–6 months before arrival: The customer will forfeit 50% of the total deposit paid. The remaining 50% may be credited toward a future hunt within 12 months of the original booked dates.
- Less than 3 months before arrival: The customer will forfeit the total deposit paid and will not be eligible for a postponement.
