ROE BUCKS - IN THE RUT OF 2025

Come and join us for The Rut of 2025, the optimum time in the realm of roe buck stalking - a truly sensational experience! Based in the exquisite county of Somerset, we provide experiences for people who seek the thrill and excitement of Roe Buck stalking. Our stalking packages are tailor made to meet your requirements, either as an individual or as a group of friends. A typical day involves being out at dawn for the early AM session and then again for the PM session late afternoon. You will be collected and returned to your accommodation for both sessions. Each outing typically lasts for three to four hours. Your designated professional stalking guide will collect you in their truck from your accommodation and together you will make your way to the stalking ground. During the journey the guide will chat to you about your level of experience and explain what the plan is for your session. This is an opportunity to ask any questions you may have. Once you arrive at the stalking ground, your guide will accompany you on foot. The stalk can take several hours and requires a degree of patience. When a suitable deer presents itself, your guide will support you with timing and positioning to ensure that you can safely take the shot. Prices per deer shot are shown per gram on the attached price list. The total cost will be calculated on the dry head weight.
