- A full refund with a 10% admin fee will be given to a hunt cancelled 180 days prior to hunt.
- Less than 90-day cancellation, deposit is forfeited.
- Safari can be re-booked within 3 months of cancellation notice, without forfeiting deposit paid. Intent must be made with cancellation.
