Hunters can expect to harvest several alligators. Traditional Cajun meals are included-specializing in favorites such as jambalaya, gumbos and fresh caught seafood. Fried soft-shell crabs, catfish, shrimp, and sautéed alligators are all in season.

Hunters can expect to harvest several alligators. Traditional Cajun meals are included-specializing in favorites such as jambalaya, gumbos, and freshly caught seafood. Fried soft-shell crabs, catfish, shrimp, and alligators are all in season.
