Unser Unternehmen wurde 2004 gegründet und betreibt 2 Reviere.
- We own a private hunting reserve, which cultivates the ancient traditions of the region, with respect for its environment, animals, and the rules of hunting. This reserve has much to offer to all hunting lovers that want to experience the ancient Tuscan way of hunting.
- The uncontaminated landscape of the region offers the perfect environment for the Wild boar population to thrive, which has a great impact on its tradition, culture, history, and cuisine.
- To ensure the best quality of life for the animal as well as the highest standards of meat, the wild boars eat the natural ingredients which the forest has to offer and are solely fed organic acorn.
- The hunting reserve is divided into different compounds, one of which is reserved for the reproduction of Wild boars. Depending on the number of hunters, a combination of different compounds is used, to preserve the tradition and maintain the equilibrium of nature.

Selective hunting done properly, we do hunt in a vast area, availability might not always be there because there is a limited number of animals available for each category, hence the earlier in the season we hunt the better. Usually this is mostly the case for adult males which are the most sought after. We have two outings per day, early morning and afternoons, the territory is quite large and we can select different stands each day to hunt from, usually the guide that has been monitoring the population chooses where to take the client. the is no extra fee for trophy size. here below you are going to find the dates for each category of animals. Fallow Deer - Adult Males(palanconi): - from 15th August till 20th October 2024 and from 1st November 2024 till 15th March 2025 - Sub adult males(balestroni): - From 15th August till 20th October 2024 and from 1st November 2024 till 15th March 2025 - young males (Fusone) : - From 15th August till 20th October 2024 and from 1st November 2024 till 15th March 2025 - Adult Female, younglings and yearlings - From 15th August till 20th October 2024 and from 1st November 2024 till 15th March 2025 its a truly exiting hunt where often is not only Fallow deers that we see, in a magnificent setting that is the Maremma country side. its is crucial to try and book the hunt at least 4 weeks ahead to get the paper work going for non European hunters.

success rate depends on the season, and animal we are after, but is quite high around 70%, Cosidering is a large are is a good rate. Bare in mind two outings per day increase our chances.

A unique and amazing experience!
Corso was extremely professional before and during the hunt. He did everything he could to make this an amazing hunting experience for my husband and myself, so we could experience the real Tuscany. From leaving our hotel, before, during and after the hunt, it was simply fabulous! The trip far exceeded our expectations!! We will definitely be back, but next time a few months later so we can stay at his beautiful luxury hotel. Can’t wait! Corso, from Alick and myself, we say thank you!!
