Duck hunting is available over particular seasons during their annual migrations through Egypt. We hunt summer ducks from mid-August to mid-October and the winter migration from early November through the middle of February. Ducks are a challenging bird to call and shoot and success is also obviously related to a hunter's shooting prowess. We hunt ducks specifically in the area Near to Lake Qaroon as we have for many generations. Dove Hunting in Egypt is available throughout the year. Dove shooting is done in two phases, an early morning phase, within 10 minutes of the lodge, when the birds are headed to food and water in the morning, and an afternoon phase, when the birds are returning to the roosting areas. In between shoots, you will have a chance to rest and enjoy the food and culture that is Egypt.
